In order to remove or clean a tank regulated under ATCP 93, with the exception of field constructed aboveground tanks and heating fuel tanks located aboveground or in basements of 1- or 2-family dwellings, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Hold a Tank System Remover-Cleaner certification issued by DATCP.
- Be under the direct supervision of a person who holds Tank System Remover-Cleaner certification issued by DATCP
