I would like to submit a complaint of unfair Sale Practice. On Nov 23, 2021, I placed a quite large order at Kohl's website. My Order number is 6203940417. Kohls shipped out my order in several packages. One package that contained 26 units of women's pants with tracking number, via FedEx, 519494149445 never arrived at my place. Every time I tried to track this tracking number, it showed this message : LABEL CREATED: Shipment information sent to FedEx. I contacted Kohl's customer service on Dec 10 2021, and informed them that the package was never shipped, but I was told to wait. Then I contacted them on Dec 20, 21, customer rep reluctantly agreed to issue a refund, and told me that it would take upto 30 days for refund to appear back to my card. I called them again on Jan 20, 2022 and this time customer rep told me there was no record of any refund. Then the customer rep told me that there was a technical issue so I had to submit my refund request again. So we did and I was told to wait  upto 30 days to receive this refund. I called back again on Feb 2, 2022 and they told me again that there was no record of refund so they submitted again and asked me to wait another 30 days. It has been more than 80 days since I placed this order. I did not receive my package nor any refund. Kohl's customer service is located in the Philippines. Every time you call them, you need to talk with people who do not understand English easily. They lack training and are very inefficient staff. I am asking your esteemed office to help get my refund from Khol's
