The Landscape Pesticide Application Advance Notice Registry allows Wisconsin residents to be notified 12 hours before commercial pesticide application businesses apply pesticides to neighboring lawns, trees and ornamentals. You do not need to know if your neighbor intends to use a commercial service in order to list their property. Listing a neighbor’s address on the registry does not stop pesticide applications to their property.
You must register at least one property. Ineligible addresses will be excluded.
- Properties must be located on your block of residence or on an immediately adjoining block.
- You may list your own address if you live in an apartment, condo or similar development and you do not hire the pesticide application business servicing the property.
- The registry excludes agricultural property, utility or roadside right-of-ways and structural pest control applications.
You are able to sign up during the November 1 to February 1 open enrollment period.
