Select the type of license based on your employment. If you commercially apply pesticides as a contractor or as an employee of an independent contractor select the For Hire License. If you only apply pesticides to property owned or controlled by you or your employer select Not for Hire. If you work for an educational institution or for the government choose the corresponding type.
