If you are planning on growing and selling at least $250 in Christmas trees, you will need to obtain a Christmas Tree Grower License
. A Christmas Tree Grower is an applicant who grows and maintains evergreen trees for eventual sales as Christmas trees. If you dig and sell more than $250 in live trees for landscaping, you also need a Nursery Grower License.

To Renew a License:
If you currently hold a Christmas tree grower license and are looking to renew, the online license renewal option is available December through March each year. Nursery and Christmas tree licenses expire on February 20th of each year. To renew, click "Re-Apply for Existing License". If you are closing your license or changing the legal applicant, contact us.
