If you are planning on growing and selling over $250 in Christmas trees, you will need to obtain a
Christmas Tree Grower License. A Christmas Tree Grower is an applicant who grows and maintains evergreen trees for eventual sales as Christmas trees.
If you dig and sell more than $250 in live trees for landscaping, you also need a Nursery Grower License.
New Applicants: To apply for a Christmas Tree Grower License, please start the process by clicking "Start New Application".
To Renew a License: If you currently hold a nursery license and are looking to renew click "Re-Apply for Existing License". Nursery Licenses expire on February 20th. If you are closing your license or changing the legal applicant, please contact us using the information below.
