In order to install an underground tank system that is regulated under ATCP 93, you must comply with one of the following:
- Hold a certification issued by DATCP.
- Hold a registration as a professional engineer competent in the engineering methods and requirements in Wisconsin for designing and installing storage tank systems..
- Work under the direct supervision of a person who holds the certification and who is responsible for the installation.
