this website, in order to view what certifications are required in other states in order to be reciprocated in Wisconsin this licensing cycle. If this information is not provided for your state or you are still unsure if you can be reciprocated, please contact the Pesticide Certification and Licensing Program before applying for a Reciprocal Individual Commercial Applicator’s License.
LICENSE FEES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE!
Educational applicators are individuals employed by an educational institution who apply pesticides to property that their employer owns or controls.
If this is your first time applying for a pesticide applicator license for Educational, please start the process by clicking “Start New Application”. This will walk you through the licensing process step-by-step. Please note, due to renewals the “Start New Application” button will be disabled from Mid-October until February of each year. When the “Start New Application” button is disabled, new applicators will need to apply via the paper application which can be found
here.
