In order to line or reline an underground tank system that has held or will hold flammable or combustible liquids which are regulated under ATCP 93, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- Hold an Underground Tank System Liner certification issued by DATCP.
- Be under the direct supervision of a person who holds an Underground Tank System Liner certification issued by DATCP.
